EMORY UNIVERSITY’S 66th BARKLEY FORUM FOR HIGH SCHOOLS UPDATE: I’m going to have to call Jaiden Lagalo-Blinston “The Bridesmaid” because she has been consistently oh-so-close at almost every national tournament the past year (starting, actually, with being 61st in Dramatic Interpretation at the NSDA National Tournament in June; Top 60 advanced).
EIGHTH PLACE in Dramatic Interpretation (tied for 3rd in her semis section, didn’t advance on a head-to-head tiebreaker). *That *close to being my third interper to advance to finals at Emory (Tabitha Armstrong in 2004, Michael Reynolds in 2013).
