Wellington is hosting its annual Congressional Debate Scrimmage on Wednesday, September 18, from 3-9pm.
This is designed to help prepare first-year students for the actual tournament at Spanish River on Saturday, September 21.
Two sessions (330-6pm and 630-9pm) with pizza and soda in between. Students can participate in either – or both – of the sessions. It’s all practice.
No tourney attire required.
Varsity can judge/preside. Novices compete.
If we have four+ schools in attendance, we can enter speech scores as NSDA points.
